Thursday evenings
If you’re not able to join us for an Introductory Afternoon, another option is to come along early (at 6.15pm) to one of our fortnightly Evening Meetings (which are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month). The meetings start at 7.00pm and so you’ll have time to have a brief introduction to our practice and then you can stay on for the rest of the evening.
